Happy Easter Everyone!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to wish you a happy easter and a happy long weekend! Surround yourself with a positive people around you and feel the warmth of God. He’ll always be here for you no matter what situation you are in, where you live, wherever you go and who you hang out with – he is there to support you and love you no matter who you are. God gave Mary a son named Jesus – people knew he was coming to save us from sins and Jesus suffered for us and died for us. Every year we go to church for Easter in memory of him and in remembrance of him and he is a remarkable man he is and that he loves to help and heal people in his time. We can’t forget what God and Jesus has done for us – like God saved people in Egypt, Israel, Red sea and Noah Ark. Jesus just kept walking around and help others until in the end king killed Jesus because they didn’t believe Jesus and thought it was not true. The father and son really admired me so much what they have done for us.

Again, I want to wish you a happy safe Easter and see you after Easter. I will blog more about celebrities, fashion & makeup!

Funky Gold & Green Makeup

I get up in the morning and start to think what clothes to wear that can go along with the makeup and I thought “Oh I should research some makeup tips from the internet without any instructions required – in my own creation” I went ahead and found matching makeup for my nails and I go on my own ideas and what brush I should use in my own concept. I am amazed with the results after finished look and the makeup looks exact the same as the internet picture. It is obvious that I use my secret tips to create the most refreshing look and feel so good about yourself. You could possibly use your own concept to create whatever makeup you wish to look – all you have to do is just look at the picture, consider what brush you should use but a few brushes will do the trick – my advice is to study all the brushes and what it is for. Always find high quality brushes from any professional salon or any cosmetic stores provided for makeup artist but sometimes companies require to indicate whether you are licensed or not. It actually doesn’t hurt to visit to look around and Sephora has the more brushes you can get. People always say practice makes perfect! In this picture, I have matching makeup along with my nail polish!

Pink Means We Support The Greatest Cause

As you noticed we hear everyday people are trying to support Pink Day for breast cancer and Pink for against bullying. This is the world we live in and people needs our support in so many causes. People that go through cancer, bullying and we aren’t doing enough for them. Wearing a ribbon doesn’t really help because it is a donation for cancer society and of course I do feel that we need to be THERE if they need to talk or needs a shoulder to cry on and they are going through painful experience in their lives. I almost thought of doing make up for people and make them smile. Do something for people that they will never forget in their life and appreciate you for doing what they really needs.  people who bullies other people doesn’t understand HOW this can affect a person life and he/she will never realize it really impacted individual feelings and life. When a person being bullied should get counselling immediately rather than risk his/her life. There are people that needs talk about issues and how to resolve the problem but doesn’t know where and who to turn. We must immediate consider how to initially support them more and prevent more bullying. SUPPORT and LOVE is what they needs from us.

Instead, we could try and send them some bright flowers that will brighten their day and say we care and support them, take them out to play games, shopping or when they need to talk. We cannot neglect this because people needs support! Let’s roll and support #Pink Day

My Interview With Seed Star Carrie Lynn Neales

A certified Yoga Instructor and actress Carrie Lynn Neales, originally from Toronto, Ontario and currently resides in Los Angeles. She has found herself acting in a comedy show called Seed. Seed has been airing since September 2012 and it airs on City at 9pm every Thursday so that you can catch her on TV.

You can see interview with Carrie Lynn below:

Carolyn: When did you discover yourself being an actress?

Carrie Lynn: I think I always knew I wanted to be an actress. I grew up dancing so being on stage felt natural. In public school I was in plays and little talent show skits. But I think it was in high school that I started to realize it could be a career so thats when I knew it was going to be what I did for the rest of my life

Carolyn: What is the first show you ever played?

Carrie Lynn:Professionally? I was Juliet in a production of Romeo and Juliet with The Classical Theatre Project in Toronto.

Carolyn: How do you feel when working on set?

Carrie Lynn: When I’m on set I look at it as an opportunity to play. I love the energy on set. I love how many people and how much time it takes to really nail a scene, the energy of all of those people coming together with one common goal. It’s a place to throw away all of the work you’ve done on the scene and the character, Just play, learn and experience. Feels incredible.

Carolyn: How long have you been working on Seed?

Carrie Lynn: I booked Rose on Seed in September of 2012. We started shooting the first season very soon after that. We’ve shot 2 seasons so far and are in the middle of airing the second season on City at 9pm on Thursdays.

Carolyn: How would you describe your acting style?

Carrie Lynn: I’m not sure that I have an acting style. I do my work, show up, look at the person in the scene with me and play.

Carolyn: Which actor or actress do you really find inspiring and why?

Carrie Lynn: Meryl Streep is the obvious choice for so many reasons. I grew up watching her work. I find her so unique and surprising, even after countless films. I like that she takes chances and takes on roles that challenge her. She has had such a long and incredible career. She also took her time with her career. Slow and steady while keeping her eyes on the prize. I’m sure there are so many others that inspires me. But it has been Meryl for me for as long as I can remember.

Carolyn: So I hear you were nominated a few times for best actress and what show were you nominated for?

Carrie Lynn: I was nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award and a Canadian Screen Award, both for leading actress in a comedy and Seed.

Carolyn: What famous stars have you worked with, or want to work with?

Carrie Lynn: At the risk of sounding entirely pretentious I’m going to say it is not about fame for me. I want to work with actors at any stages of their careers who work hard, challenge me, take me on a ride the way I hope to do for them, and enjoy the craft as much as I do. That said, it would be a career highlight to work with Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, Judi Dench and Dustin Hoffman.

Carolyn: I understand you are also a yoga instructor ? How do you connect with those people?

Carrie Lynn: I am certified to teach yoga, however time lately hasn’t allowed much of an opportunity to teach anymore. Teaching yoga has been such an enlightening experience for me. To teach anything is, I believe, the greatest path to self-growth. It is in itself is a learning experience like no other. I learned as much from each of my students about the practice of yoga and my own personal journey as I hope they learned from me.

Carolyn: In your spare time, what do you like to do beside acting?

Carrie Lynn: I am an incredibly active person! I need to be physical in some way. I hike every day and practice yoga. I cook a lot. I like to try new recipes and cook for people. I also really enjoy spending time alone writing, reading, or being creative in any way. I love going on road trips with friends and spending time by mountains and water. I have a very small group of close friends and I always enjoy spending time with them.

Once again, you can catch Carrie Lynn on Seed every Thursday On City at 9pm and also you can read more about her at http://www.carrielynnneales.com/ and watch some of her video clips!

Sweet Nutritious Spinach Salad

I have created in my own idea to make this sweet nutritious spinach salad and Iam very delighted to be able to provide you with the recipes.

1) Insert mixed vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower) in the bowl.

2) Add spinach, cucumbers, onions, grapes and one piece of celery.

3) Ensure you add one small amount of garlic then cut them apart, then you add a bit of walnuts and almonds to add flavouring to the salad.

4) Last, add “sweet onion and herb” dressing.

I have to say after I ate this salad – I fell in love with my own recipes and this salad tastes fabulous! I must admit to recommend this fabulous salad to everyone. This salad contains nutritious and help you maintain your healthy eating and nuts also includes high in protein so you can get more out of your diet. Great for anyone who are vegetarian as well.

World Trade Centre Memorial

Remembering all those who died in the collision of the WTC and will never be forgotten. They are so innocent and didn’t deserve to have this to happen to them. Mother, father, children, colleagues, and friends of loved ones will always be in our heart. I cannot imagine how much heartbroken those people feel when losing so many loved ones – love is unconditional and powerful people can have in life. Without goodbyes would feel so much damage and say “Life is not fair” thats right it isn’t because you have felt so much bondage with someone you love so much are gone and you just don’t know where to turn, or headed for the path you are about to turn. Since that day of 9/11 is a tremendous loss and people mourn for loved ones. We just have to be there for them and give our strength and love they deserve. I thought I’d reblog this post in the memory of 9/11
